(3) In 2004, it was selected as “Jiading New Long March Commando in Shanghai” by District Youth League Committee;
(4) It was selected as 2004-2005 “Jiading ‘Two New’ Organization League Building Demonstration Site”;

(6) In 2006, Gu Yucheng, the chairman of the company was selected as the second expert members of the Experts Committee of the Ministry of Construction (16 members in China) and enjoyed the special allowance of the State Council;

(11) Jiading Comprehensive Office Building won the third prize of Shanghai Excellent Engineering Design in 2001;
(12) Shanghai Elyse Garden won the first prize of Shanghai Excellent Residence Engineering Design;
(13) Jiading Central Hospital Outpatient Building won the third prize of Shanghai Excellent Engineering Design in 2003;
(14) Goldfield Green Spring and Goldfield Green World won the two comprehensive awards of “2003 China Demonstration Classic Residence Building” and “2003 China Demonstration Innovation Residence Building” issued by The Ministry of Construction;
(15) In 2004, the first and second phase of Goldfield Green Spring won the second prize of 2006 Shanghai Excellent Residence Design issued by Survey and Design Association;
(16) Goldfield Green Spring won “Architecture Design Innovation Award” issued by The Ministry of Construction in 2004 and the second prize of 2006 Shanghai Excellent Residence Engineering Community Design;
(17) Block B on No. 8 Street, Old City, Anting Town won the third prize of 2004 Shanghai Excellent Residence Engineering Community Design;
(18) Jindi Urban City Costal Park and Jiabao City Harbor were selected as 2004 Shanghai Most Welcome Building;
(19) Poly May Flower on the Sea won Shanghai Excellent Residence • Plan Building Award and Shanghai Excellent Residence • Environment Afforestation Award of the fifth “Shanghai Excellent Residence”;
(20) Juyuan supplementary commercial residential building-Yihua Homeland won the third prize of 2007 Shanghai Excellent Residence Design;
(21) Goldfield Green World won the first prize of 2005 China Human Habitation International Influential Building;
(22) Poly Homeland won China Human Habitation 10-year Social Harmonious Community Demonstration Award and China Kinship Residence Pilot Community;
(23) Zhongfu Garden in Huangpu District, the third phase of Taohuayuan Farmstead in Minhang District and Century Garden in Xuhui District won consolation prize of Shanghai Excellent engineering;
(24) The 18# and 27# buildings of supplementary commercial residential building to the east of Juyuan won the third prize of 2008 Shanghai Excellent Residence Engineering Single Design Project;
(25) Huating Garden won Zhan Tianyou Award issued by The Ministry of Construction, Shanghai Excellent Guarantee Residence Award and Shanghai Four Highs Community.
(26) Huifeng Garden was selected as Shanghai Four Highs Community.
(27) Block C of Zhou House won 2009 the Sixth Shanghai Excellent Guarantee Residence Award;
(28) Jiaxian Village won National Human Habitation Award;
