Shanghai Jiangnan Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd. (JNADI) is a stock-holding liability limited company reformed from the original Shanghai Jiading Architectural Design Institute (a public institution). Since 1993, it is a comprehensive architectural design institute with national class-A design qualification. At present, it also possesses national class-A survey qualification, municipal class-B (bridge and garden landscape) design qualification, class-B urban and rural qualification and class-A construction drawing inspection qualification.

JNADI has more than 250 employees, including more than 200 technicians, 10 national class-A certified architects, 19 class-A certified structural engineers, 5 certified urban planers, 60 senior engineers and more than 68 engineers. 85% of the employees are engineering technicians; more than 200 employees possess college degree and 20 of them have a master degree or above.
